CODURA fabric is produced through a multi-phase technological process that ensures high strength, abrasion resistance, and long lifespan. In some cases, a small amount of cotton is added to the polyamide fiber, resulting in a rougher, hairier surface and even higher wear resistance.

Fibers can have different thicknesses. The strongest types of fabrics are CODURA 400D to 1000D, where the fibers are cross-woven and reinforced to achieve maximum strength. This material is ideal for backpacks, outdoor equipment, technical and protective textiles.

Care for Codura 600D Fabric – Easy Maintenance and Long Lifespan

The fabric Codura 1680D is known for its high durability and very easy maintenance. Thanks to the special weaving of fibers and water-repellent impregnation, dirt is trapped within the fabric structure and does not penetrate deeply.

• Common dirt can be easily removed with a damp cloth.
• Hand and machine washing is possible at temperatures up to 40 °C.
• In case of heavier contamination, we recommend rinsing with a stronger stream of water.
• Use recommended detergents and wash at a low temperature.
• Ironing: only in synthetic mode.
