How to Shop

In the online store Modernatex, you can shop in two ways:

shop WITHOUT REGISTRATION or register and create an account to take advantage of all the benefits associated with shopping.

How to shop in the e-shop WITHOUT REGISTRATION

1. Confirm the addition of items to the cart.
2. Click on the Select Shipping and Payment button*. Choose from the following shipping options: courier service with delivery to your address, Packeta CZ, PPL ParcelShop, non-standard shipping and payment method: payment by Master Card / Visa, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
3. Fill in the required information needed for the delivery of goods according to the form (name, delivery address, phone, email with order confirmation).
4. Optional - check the box if you want to receive special offers by email, if you are purchasing for a company, or if the delivery address differs from the billing address. You can also add a note to the order.
5. Click the Continue button - here you will find the ORDER SUMMARY, check if your details are correct, tick the box to agree with them after reading the terms and conditions, and then SUBMIT the order.

After creating and submitting the order, a CONFIRMATION of receipt will be automatically sent to your email address. If you have not received the confirmation, check if your email account contains spam. If our confirmation is not in the spam folder, it is likely that the order was not completed correctly and was not sent to our system (contact us at +420 498 880 009).

Registration

In our store, you can register in advance even if you do not plan to shop. After successful registration, a confirmation email with the username and password will be sent to the provided email address.

* If you have decided to pay in advance by bank transfer, the confirmation email we send you after receiving your order contains all the information needed to make the payment: account number, variable symbol for the payment, and the exact amount to be paid including postage.

If you have ordered delivery by courier, the goods will be delivered to the address specified in the order.

The courier will have your phone number to contact you before delivery. The shipment can also be picked up by a person authorized by you, who presents an identity document.
