You can return and claim goods by filling out the form

In case you are returning goods:

1. Describe the reason in a free form so that we can improve next time, you can attach a photo.
2. Specify whether you want a refund or a replacement item.
3. Provide the order number, your name, and contact information
4. Do not wash or iron the goods
5. The package must be wrapped in opaque foil or other opaque packaging.

   For simplification, you can use the return code 0bb3a224 for which a fee of 50 CZK will be deducted
   Print the label and attach it to the package
   Bring the package within 7 calendar days to any drop-off point including boxes.
   With the attached label, we are faster, and you can submit it at any drop-off location. It can be done without him. If you are sending a package to a pick-up point, just write the tracking code and the recipient's name Boaz s.r.o. on the package.

   1. Prepare the package

   Maximum dimensions 100 x 50 x 50 cm, weight 31.5 kg, and value 20,000 CZK.Wrap the goods in a cardboard box

   

   2. Form and Payment

   Fill out the form including the method of shipment and pay for the service with a credit card.

   

   3. Attach the label

   How to label a package? Print the pre-filled label and attach it to the package. (Without printing the label, it won't work.))

   

   4. Deliver the package

   The driver will pick up the package at the address or you can drop it off at one of the PPL Parcelshops or Parcelboxes.

   

   5. Done

   And that's all! The delivery of the package will be handled by PPL.

   You pay for the shipping according to the standard e-Balík price list.It is possible to order a courier pickup at any address, where the courier brings the shipping label, picks up the package anywhere in the Czech Republic, and delivers it back to the e-shop the next business day.
   Goods can be sent from any GLS ParcelShop in the Czech Republic, where you must print the shipping label yourself, and you can only send parcels up to 15 kg in weight and 100 cm in length this way.

   Bring the package to the Zásilkovna pick-up point

    

   01

   The customer appropriately packages the returned goods and may include a return form in the shipment.

   Take the package to any drop-off point of Zásilkovna.

   Report an 8-digit return code unique to the specific e-shop to the staff (so-called. identifier) 99866933.

   04

   The operator generates a label based on the code and attaches it to the package.

   05

   The courier will pick up the package at the drop-off point and take it back to the e-shop.
   
   Valid for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.

Attention – Do not send the package as cash on delivery. In that case, we will not be able to accept the shipment.
